Join us for this year's Annual Convention at the exquisite Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort during the last weekend of July, the 23-26th. This is our annual signature event where you can join your fellow members from across the state along with National representatives and other regional leaders for a multi-day social and educational conference.The Convention includes three (3) social events starting with a Welcome Reception Thursday evening and the Awards Reception Friday evening at which we will present the Joseph P. Milton Professionalism and Civility Award and Fran Peacock Coker FLABOTA Community Service Award. To cap off the Convention is the Awards & Installation Banquet during which we'll present the Trial Lawyer and Jurist of the Year Awards and install our 2026-2027 Board of Directors.

*You MUST register every guest for the events they will be attending. All attendees for each event must be registered and paid for in advance of the Convention. Guest registration is available in the online form. Please ensure you register any/all guests attending at the time of completing your registration.

REGISTRATION FEE REFUNDS
The deadline to request a refund of your registration fee is Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Any cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected] on or before the deadline. Due to financial commitments made between FLABOTA, the resort, and our hired vendors, NO refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made after the aforementioned deadline. We appreciate your understanding.

  • You must be registered to attend the Convention (or be a guest of a member registrant) to book a room in the FLABOTA room block this year. Upon completing your registration online, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing the link to book your room at the resort.
  • Reservations require a one-night room deposit, excluding taxes.
  • Rooms may be reserved at the group rate for 3 days prior to and 3 days after the event dates, depending upon availability.
